Extra-large fully illustrated vase depicting a campfire at night. The flame rises up the entire front face of the form, starting with the glowing logs in the pit growing into long sinews of flame, and ending with bursts of embers that wrap around the neck as if blown by a soft breeze. The stones of the pit reflect the fire ever so slightly, and the warm, bright hues of the fire are in stark contrast to the deep indigo and blacks of the night sky.
