We are proud to offer Prospect Jam Co., an artisan, small-batch preserve company based in our home town, Cincinnati, Ohio. They specialize in a variety of small-batch preserves with a focus on seasonal and intentionally unique flavors. They make all of their preserves with the french method, using traditional copper pots and producing in small batches. They take pride in the small-batch process, extracting only the natural pectin within the fruit itself, without additional preservatives.
