Shipping policy

Orders are packed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days from our Cincinnati, OH studio and ship via UPS.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 2–6 business days, though delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii; P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories, and international destinations are not supported at this time.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout and included in your order confirmation.

If your order has not yet shipped, shipping address updates may be possible by contacting fulfillment@rookwood.com as soon as possible.

If a package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact fulfillment@rookwood.com and we’ll assist with the carrier claim process.

Local pickup is available at our Cincinnati store, please select Local Pickup in the shipping options at checkout. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup, and orders must be picked up within 30 days.

Gift wrap is available by item and can be selected at checkout. If you'd like your entire order wrapped in one box, please leave an order note.
