A squat medium sized vase that mimics the shape of its subject, the dogbane beetle. The iridescence of the beetle’s wings is exemplified by the gloss overspray, one of the only instances of gloss used in the series. Upon close viewing, nearly every color in the rainbow is reflected in the beetle’s armor.
