In Store Pick Up
Simply select “Local Pick-up” during checkout. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email. Pick-up is available Tuesday-Sunday 10 AM-4 PM. Call 513-381-2510 with any questions.
All in store pick up orders must be picked up at our OTR Flagship location, located at:

Yes! Once your order has been processed and is ready to pick up, you will receive a separate email notification. If it has been more than 2 business days since you placed your order and you have not received an email please give us a call at: (513) 381-2510 or send an email to: email@example.com
Make sure you have an order number or the name the order was placed under. This will all be in your order confirmation email. Make sure you check your junk/spam box if you haven’t received a confirmation email!
We will hold pick up orders for up to 30 days. After 30 days the product is not guaranteed to be available.
If you are unable to pick your order up within 30 days please let us know and we will make an special arrangements necessary until you are able to pick it up. Refunds will not be initiated automatically after 30 days, so if you change your mind make sure you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at: (513) 381-2510
