How does local pickup work?

Simply select “Local Pickup” during checkout. You'll receive an email confirmation when we receive your order, and a second email when your order is ready. If you have any questions or need to make any changes to your order, please call our Store at 513-381-2510.

Will I receive an email when it's ready? 

Yes! Once your order has been processed and is ready to pick up, you will receive a separate email notification. This email will confirm your order is ready to pick up, and contain your order number. If it has been more than 2 business days since you placed your order and you have not received an email, please give us a call at: (513) 381-2510 or send an email to: retail@rookwood.com

Where do I pick up my order?

All local pickup orders will be available at our OTR Flagship Store location at: 
1920 Race Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202. See below for Map.

What do I need to bring when I pick up my order?

Make sure you have an order number or the name and email the order was placed under. This will all be in your order confirmation email. Make sure you check your junk/spam box if you haven’t received a confirmation email!

How long will you keep my order?

We will hold pickup orders for up to 30 days from purchase date. After 30 days, we can no longer guarantee that your product will be available. Please note that unclaimed orders are not eligible for refunds.

If you are unable to pick your order up within 30 days please let us know and we will make any special arrangements necessary until you are able to pick it up. Refunds will not be initiated automatically after 30 days, so if you change your mind make sure you contact us at retail@rookwood.com or give us a call at: (513) 381-2510
