Join us for an immersive, behind-the-scenes tour of our nearly 90,000-square-foot facility, where our artisans meticulously handcraft pottery and architectural tile. You’ll witness each step of the process, from raw materials to the final glaze, while diving deep into Rookwood’s rich history, evolving styles, and the artistry that continues to set us apart today.

Our facility is located at 1920 Race Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202 in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood and borders Cincinnati’s historic Findlay Market.  

Duration: Approximately 30-45 Minutes

Ticket Price: Free. This is a complimentary tour during Rookwood's Annual Spring Open House. Advance reservation of the tours is recommended to guarantee a spot!

This is a live working factory tour. Closed-toe shoes are required. We will cover a large footprint of our facility during this tour, and we do our best to accommodate those with mobility limitations, including elevator access.
